Consulting

Free quick advice. Paid on-site diagnostic.

  • Free chat/phone advice via Bob or Shawn
  • On-site diagnostic visit: small flat fee
  • Diagnostic fee is fully credited toward the job if you book within 7 days

Procurement

We source. You pay the receipt. $0 markup.

  • Custom Home Depot / Lowes shopping lists
  • We can pick up parts on the way to your job
  • We charge $0 on top of the cost — you pay the receipt, that's it
  • Saves you a trip and avoids buying the wrong part

Labor

Hourly, transparent, $996 hard cap per invoice.

  • Sacramento Zone: $125/hr starting • Bay Area: $150/hr starting
  • 1.5 hr minimum per visit
  • CSLB-compliant: every labor invoice capped at $996 max
  • Multi-job repeat customers get reduced or zero deposits

Materials are billed separately — always at cost.

Customers pay for all materials directly. We'll happily source, recommend, and procure parts on your behalf (think Home Depot links, parts lists, or store pickup as part of the visit) with zero markup. You see the receipt, you pay the receipt. Our consulting + procurement work is a transparent service — we never hide markup in your invoice.
